The Concerned Actuaries of the United States (CAUS) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing clear, accurate, and accessible analyses of the financial realities affecting the funding and security of our nation's public finance and social insurance programs. Our work is made possible through the generous support of individuals and organizations who share our commitment to fiscal responsibility and transparency.

CAUS is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 82-2595741. Contributions to CAUS are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Your donation helps us:

• Conduct in-depth actuarial analyses on critical issues such as healthcare, social insurance, and public finance.
• Develop tools like the Comparative Actuarial Assessment Model (CA2M) to aid policymakers in evaluating the sustainability of proposed reforms.
• Host educational events and publish reports to inform stakeholders and the public.
